What is Restaur.ai?
A platform to create your digital restaurant menu. Import your menu from a photo or your website, edit it and publish it on your own URL with a QR. Customers open it on their phone without downloading anything.
How do I create my menu?
In the onboarding you have 2 shortcuts: upload photos of your menu (AI reads prices, names and allergens) or paste your website URL (we extract dishes from the HTML). In under 1 minute your menu is live.
Can I have my menu in several languages?
Yes, on Pro plan or above. Plans with extra languages translate automatically with AI and you can edit any translation. Available: Spanish, German, English, French, Italian and Portuguese.
How do I download the QR to print it?
In the dashboard, "QR Codes" section, choose the menu or your landing and download as PNG or SVG. You can customize colors. If you're printing it large (poster), use SVG.
How much does it cost?

How do I cancel my subscription?
From your dashboard: "My plan" → "Manage subscription" → "Cancel". Cancellation is effective at the end of the billed period. You keep access until then.
Do you offer refunds?
Generally no, except as required by consumer law. You have 14 days of right of withdrawal if you are a consumer in the EU and haven't started using the service yet.
What are AI credits?
They're the credits consumed by premium AI features: import menu with photo, generate dish images with DALL·E, generate design PDFs. Each plan includes monthly credits and you can buy extra bundles.
Can I change my restaurant URL?
Yes, anytime from "Restaurant profile" → "Public URL". If you change it, old QRs will keep working for 30 days with redirect.
Can my employees edit the menu?
Yes (Pro plan or above). In "Collaborators" invite someone by email and assign a role: editor (can edit everything), waiter (only prices and availability), read-only.
Can I export my data?
Yes. In "Settings" → "Export my data" you receive a ZIP with all your menu (articles, photos, translations) in JSON format + image folder.
How do I delete my account?
In "Settings" → "Delete account". We erase all your data within 30 days, except data we're legally required to keep (invoicing: 6 years in Spain).
